In this episode, I dive into the world of dandelions—one of the most common and most misunderstood plants in the world. From its bright yellow flowers to its health-boosting roots, Taraxacum officinale is far more than just a lawn weed. I explore its many names, where it grows, how to identify it, and its fascinating journey through history as both food and medicine. Plus, learn about how dandelion is used today in herbalism, nutrition, and even winemaking. Stick around until the end for important notes on safety and side effects.
